摘　　要：２１例带状疱疹眼并发症患者用口服ＡＣＶ联合局部滴眼剂或眼膏治疗获明显疗效，２０例治愈，１例近治愈。联合用药可减少早期症状，未发现副作用。wenty-one cases of ocular complications of Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus(HZO)were treated with oraladministration of acyclovir(ACV)combined with topical ACV -yedrops or ointments.Apparent beneficialeffects were obtained.HZO patients were cured and one patient was nearlv cured.Combined treatment result-ed in more prompt resolutions of signs and symptoms. No adverse side effects were noticed.
