影响可治角膜病致盲发病率的因素与眼库建设

摘　　要：由可治角膜病所致盲眼者通常采用角膜移植手术使之复明。每年应提供的眼球数目对以提供角膜为基本职能的眼库的建设起到重要的影响。通过对可治角膜病发病率的计算，推算出每年眼库应提供眼球的基本理论需求。并对影响发病率的多种因素进行分析。例如四川省眼库中心每年提供大于一个发病率的眼球数，即２７３３只眼，为减少现存可治角膜病致盲眼的基本数目。而其他因素可影响眼库的实际建设。atients with curable blindness caused by corneal disease are often treated by keratoplasty. The numberof eyeballs provided every year affects evidently eye bank construction. This paper provides the incidence ofcurable corneal blindness and establishes the requirement of donor eyeballs each year to diminish the preva-lence. The factors affecting the incidence are analyzed.It is considered that Sichuan Eye Bank Center shouldsupply more than 2733 eyeballs to meet the needs of the blind.Other factors may influence the actual con-struction of an eye bank.
