摘 要:采用四氯化碳、高胆固醇饮食等复合致病因子所致肝硬化大鼠模型,检测了肝硬化发生发展过程中肝脏胶原及己糖胺、透明质酸含量的变化。结果表明:随着肝硬化的发生发展肝脏胶原含量呈进行性增加,肝脏透明质酸、己糖肢含量亦相应增加,且在肝脏纤维间隔形成阶段(实验第四、六周)其胶原含量与己糖胺水平呈显著正相关。The concentration of collagen, hyaluronic acid and hexosamine in liverwere measured at different stages of experimental cirrhosis in rats induced by carbontetrachloride and diet of high cholesterol. It was found that the contents of hyaluronicacid and hexosamine in liver of rats of liver cirrhosis group were increased significantlycompared with normal control. During the forming stage of fibrous septa, the collagenlevel showed a positive correlation with hexosamine content, but no significant correla-tion between them was found at other stages of liver cirrhosis. These results suggestedthat increasing of glycosaminoglycan components in liver probably participate in themechanism of liver cirrhosis.
