局部切除、腋窝淋巴结清扫加术后放疗治疗早期乳腺癌的近期效果

摘　　要：采用肿瘤局部切除加放疗对３１例直径≤４ｃｍ的早期乳腺癌进行了保留乳房治疗。近期随访（平均３７．９月）结果表明，与同期３５例行根治术的早期乳腺癌（直径≤４ｃｍ）患者相比较，两种方法治疗的患者术后３年复发转移率及死亡率（局部切除组为：ｌｌ．５％和３．８％，根治术组为：１４．２％和０％）均无显著性差别（分别Ｐ＜０．０５）。本组的结果显示，对直径≤４ｃｍ的早期乳腺癌，肿瘤切除加放疗和根治术具有类似的近期效果。patients with early breast cancer equal to or less than 4 cm in diameter were tre-ated by lumpectomy prus radiotherapy. The results of snort-time follow-up showed that the 3-year recurrence, metastasis rates and mortality of the patients treated by lumpectomy were not signifi-cantly higher in comparison with the patients treated in the corresponding period by radical mas-tectomy (Lumpectomy group: 11.5% and 3.8%, radical group: 14.2%and 0%, P<0.05, respec-tively).The present results revealed that the short-time effects of lumpectomy plus radiotnerapy were similar to that of radical mastectomy in treatment of early breast cancer equal to or less than 4 cm in diameter.
