CF和5-Fu联合治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效研究

摘　　要：1993年～1994年浙江省肿瘤医院四病区用CF／5－5Fu疗法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤31例，总缓解率为67．74％（CR4例），其中结直肠癌为75％、胃癌为6667％、乳腺癌为6667％、肺癌为100％、这些病例均为术后肿瘤复发或远处转移无法再切除者或仅作探查术肿瘤无法切除的晚期病例．其方法是CF300mg直接静推，继而滴注5－Fu750mg，每天一次，连续给药5天为一疗程．本治疗方法共进行378次，未见严重化疗副反应，由此看来，本疗法对晚期恶性肿瘤，尤其是对化疗不敏感的腺癌是一个很好的化疗方案。Thirty-one patients with advanced malignant tumors were treated with the CF/5-Fu protocol in Ward Ⅳ of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from 1993 to 1994. The total response rate was 67. 74% (CR in four cases),whi1e the response rates in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer and lung cancer were 75 % 66. 67% 66. 67% and 100% resectively. All the cases were recurent or distant metastatic cases, or unresectable during lapasotomy. The dosage schedule was 300 mg of CF given by intravenous injection followed by intravenous infusion of 750 mg of 5-Fu daily for a couase of 5 conareutive days. No severe side of fects were found in 378 courses. Therefore, the authors believe this is a good protocol for advanced malignancies, especially for adenocarcinomas that are not sensitive to chemotherapy.
