摘　　要：作者通过对山西医学院第二附属医院１９９１年—１９９３年进修生基本状况的分析，介绍了培训的思路和方法，提出了一些设想和建议，目的旨在使医学进修教育更科学、合理和可行，以促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展。he authors presented the training thinking and method and putforward the ideas and proposals on doctor′s advanced studies of medicaleducation by means of a basic analysis of the present condition aboutthe doctors students who had been respectively engaged in the medicaladvanced studies from l991 to l993 in the Second Hospital affiliated toShanxi Medical College for purposes of making the advanced studies ofmedical edueation more secentific,rational and feasihle in older to promotea healthy development of the medical and health undertakings.
