“益血灵”防治化疗产生血象下降的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：“益血灵”是依中医健脾和胃、益气养血之法则组方而成的三类中药，它在防治化疗所致血象下降的临床与实验研究中体现出了较好的作用。通过１５５例临床观察提示了该药可明显提高化疗完成率，不但保护了血象，尚可防止化疗引起的全身乏力及消化道症状，能提高免疫功能，对心肝肾无损害。另５１例临床观察保护血象作用明显优于西药鲨肝醇、利血生。实验研究证实该药对化疗所致血象下降有保护作用，股骨骨髓有核细胞计数和胸骨骨髓涂片证明它的作用在于保护骨髓造血机能，溶血空斑实验提示可提高免疫功能，急、慢毒性实验证实无毒、安全，因此我们认为该药可应用于化疗中防止化疗毒副反应，其健脾和胃、益气养血之法则是继常用补肾升血之后又一可行的新思路。he author set a Chinese herbal prescription ' Yi Xie Ling” based on trcating weakncss of thespleen and the stomach and deficicncy of Q and blood.Through clinical and experimental studies in200 cases,the following results、vere attained:1.Yi Xie Ling' could increase the completion rate of chemotherapy.2.The herbal medicine could protcct cancer patients from arrcst of bonc marrow caused bychemothcrapy with remarkable potency of protecting WBC HB,BPC,BPC in comparision with the control group.3.The medicincwas superior to the western medicine batyl alcohol and leucogen in raising WBC,HB,BPC,et al.4.It could relicf fatigue and some other pastro一intestinal symptoms caused by chemotherapy and enhance the immunity system of the body.5.The experimental rcsearch on mice showed that the medicine has the function of antagonistic protected from WBC dccrease、with minimal toxic or side effccts. 6.The medicine maintained the hemopoetic function of bone marrow in mice,7.It Could enhance the funCdon of the immunity system.
