关于采运机械产品发展方向的探讨

摘　　要：通过实际调查得知，我国采运机械产品目前存在的主要问题是：技术含量低，更新换代差；品种少，配套差；故障率高，可靠性差；产品厂专业化程度低，技术装备落后；科研开发薄弱，技术进步缓慢等。针对这种情况，运用可信、鲜明的数据与论据，探讨了采机产品的发展方向，指出：更新改造老产品，提高可靠性；研制小型木材采集机械，伐区剩余物就地加工利用机械，新型陡坡及山帽材集运机械等缺口新产品；面向林机子市场，发展配套及系列产品，面向全国机械大市场，实现产品大系列，面向世界市场，发展名优系列产品等的具体方向性思维。By the pratical investigation,main problems existed in logging mechanism prodtiction atpresent are low technique content and poor renewal productions;small assortments and poor sets comple-tioh;high fault ratio and poor dependability;low level of specialization and backward equipments;weakdevelopments of science and research etc.In connection with this condition,applying dependable and dis-tinct data,the paper discusses the development direction of logging productions and points out the direc-tional thoughts,they are as the following:by renewing and transforming the old productions.it can raisedependability;by developing small machines for wood logging,residual substance in cutting areas caii beused in the mechnism,new abrupt slope and mountain top woods machine etc.by facing the submarketsof forestry mechnism,the productions with complete and series can be developed;by facing the big mar-kets of the state and the world,big series and good productions can be developed and so on.
