KT－60酚醛树脂胶压制硬质纤维板研究

摘　　要：硬质纤维板生产一般使用酚醛胶作为增强剂，使生产废水挥发酚含量过高，污染环境；由于苯酚价格不断上涨，造成硬质纤维板生产成本居高不下。为解决这些问题，鉴于在胶合板系列产品生产中取得的成功经验，使用落叶松栲胶取代苯酚（取代率６０％）制成ＫＴ－６０酚醛树脂胶粘剂。用ＫＴ－６０酚醛胶等量代替酚醛胶压制了硬质纤维板。试验结果表明，所压制的硬质纤维板物理力学性能与用酚醛胶时相似，生产成本下降了１１．５元／ｔ，废水中挥发酚含量大幅度下降，为国家允许排放标准的１／１７至１／２５，具有明显的社会效益与经济效益。In the processing of hard fibre-board,it often makes high contents volatile phenol in theproductive waste water as using phenol formaldehyde glue, and also makes the costs of production ofhard fibre-board higher, KT-60 phenol formaldehyde resins adhesive that made from larch tannin ex-tracts instead of the phenol have succeded in the production of plywood. This paper mainly reports theexperiment that the phenol formaldehyde glue is replaced of the KT-60 phenol formaldehyde resins glueequally in the process of pressing hard fibre-board. The results show that physical mechanics propertiesof the hard fibre-board are similar to using the PF glue,and the costs of production reduce about 11.5 yuan/m￣3,and the volatile phenol contents reduce greatly. It is the standard by 1/17～1/25 of state allow-able refuse and has social and economic results obviously.
