染色木塑复合材料──茶合板制造工艺研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验方法，在不同试验条件下压板，分析讨论了单板染色、酚醛树脂的种类、单板浸渍和热压工艺参数对染色木塑复合材料——茶合板物理力学性能的影响．确定了所考察因素中最佳工艺条件．By orthogonal experiment,the test for pressing the board was made under different condition,theeffect of veneer dyed,the kind of PF,the technological parameter of hot-pressing and veneer inpregnation on the physico- mechanical properties of dyed wood plastics composite material was analysized.The optimum technological condition was determinted.
