摘　　要：本文总结Ｔ９４例肝占位病变的肝脏动态ＣＴ扫描。对肝脏动态ＣＴ扫描检查技术中，注药速率，扫描时机的选择等进行了讨论。对肝癌和肝血管病与其周围肝组织的时间──密度曲线中的峰值间期进行了统计，结果表明两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时还讨论了肝癌的ＣＴ表现及鉴别诊断。in this study,ws investigated the dynamic CT scan for 94 hepatic lesions,discussed about the choice of the rate and setting of scanning time points,alsostatistically studied on the interval of peaks in time density curve between hepaticcancer or vascular tumor and normal hepatic parenchyma The results showed thatthe defference is statistically significant (p<O. 05). Simulta neously it dealt withdispay of hepatic Cancer and its discriminating diagnosis
