摘　　要：本文应用免疫组织化学方法，结合光镜及电镜观察，对３０例血管球瘤进行了研究和组织发生探讨．根据结构和形态学特征，血管球瘤分为四型：血管型、粘液型、实体型和混合型．超微结构发现瘤细胞充满大量微丝伴致密斑和吞饮小泡及质膜附着斑，免疫组织化学标记显示：瘤细胞Ａｃｔｉｎ（１００％）和Ｄｅｓｍｉｎ（９６．７％）呈阳性反应，肿瘤中的神经纤维呈阳性反应．结果提示：血管球瘤可能来自变异的平滑肌细胞．In this paper 30 cases of glomus tumors were studied by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemical methods and their histogenesis was approached. According to the structural and morphological characters, glomus tumors were classified into four types: vascular, mucous, solid and mixed types. By ultrastructural examinations , abundant microfilaments with focal densities along their courses , pinocytotic vesicles and plasmalemmal attachment plaques were observed in glomus cells. Immunohistochemical studies revealed that in all these cases , glomus cells were immuno - positive for actin (100%) and desmin (96. 7% ). Nerve fibers within the tumor tissue were positive for S - 100 protein. The results suggest that glomus tumor be derived from variant smooth muscle cells
