大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈过程中胃窦粘膜5－HT免疫反应细胞变化的定量研究

摘　　要：用成年雄性Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠１０２只，分为实验性胃溃疡组、盐水对照组和正常对照组。在溃疡４、６、１０、１４、２１及２８ｄ分批处死取材，用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ法显示胃窦粘膜的５－ＨＴ细胞。在光镜下观察胃溃疡自愈过程中，５－ＨＴ阳性细胞的形态和数量变化。结果表明，溃疡组５－ＨＴ细胞数密度在溃疡４～２８ｄ时明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；盐水组在第４ｄ时亦出现增高趋势（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），但第６ｄ后基本恢复正常。与盐水组比较，溃疡组５－ＨＴ细胞的数密度在各时间点明显高于盐水组（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。因而提示：胃窦粘膜５－ＨＴ细胞参于了大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈过程中的调节作用。Hundred and two male Wistar rats were used and divided into three groups:experimental ulcer group,saline control group and normal control group.The antral gastric tissue were taken and prepared for immunohistochemical staining at 4th,6th,10th,14th,21th and 28th day of ulceration respectively, By means of Sternberger's PAP method,selfhealing process of gastric ulcer was studied microscopically, through observing the various occurred both in quantity and morphology of 5-hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive cells in the mucosa.The results showed that the density of immunoreactive cells in numerals was statistically greater,in the whole 4th-28th day period of ulceration,than those of the two control groups(P <0. 01).Although the cells in saline group appeared somewhat transient increase at 4th day(P <0.01),but returned to normal after 6th day,The present work seemed to give a strong clue to that the 5-HT immunoreactive cells in the antral mucosa may participate in the regulative activity of selfhealing process of the gastric ulcer.
