脆弱生态环境与农业现代化的关系

摘　　要：本文首先对中国弱生态环境的范围及类型进行了划分，对全国及各省区的农业现代化水平进行了评价。然后，对脆弱生态环境与农业现代化水平的关系进行了相关分析。结论是不同地区脆弱生态环境与农业现代化水平之间的相关性不同。一般地，在工业和经济发展水平高、地理区位和交通条件好的我国东南沿海地区，脆弱生态环境与农业现代化水平相关不明显。反之，在工业和经济落后，地理区位和交通条件差的我国西部地区，脆弱生态环境与农业现代化水平成高度相关，二者几乎互为因果。因此认为不同经济发展水平的国家和地区。在处理脆弱生态环境与农业现代化水平（即环境与发展）的关系上不能一刀切。This paper analysed the relationship between fragil environment and agriculture modernization with the method of correlative analysis.The conclusion is:There is correltion between fragil environment and agriculture modernization,but in different region,the correlation between fragil environment and agriculture modernization is different due to different degree of economic development and different geographic location andcommunication. Generally,in the east and south of China,because of which high degree of industry and eonomic development,and good communicaton and geographic location,the correlation between fragil environment and agriculture modernization is obviousless.i.e. the agricul-ture modernization is not due to the fragil environment,the fragil environment is not due tothe agriculture modernization too. Oppositely,in the west and north of China,because of whichlow degree of industry and eonomic development,and bad communicaton and geographic location,the correlation between fragil environment and agriculture modernization is obvious,It isalmost the relationship of reason and result between the fragil environment and the agriculturemodernization,and the agriculture modernization intensifies the fragil environment. After discussing the problem of coordinate between environmental construction and economic development,according to the characteristic of different relationship between the fragilenvironment and agriculture modernization in different region,the paper pointed out a suggestion that deal with the relationship between environmentatl construction and economic development differently in different region. It also suggests that the key of improving environment isdeveloping economy,especially developing industry which based on local resources.
