颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤的X线研究

摘　　要：作者对１０４例经临床、Ｘ线、病理三结合确诊为颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤中资料齐全的８３例的Ｘ线表现进行了分析研究。Ｘ线分型囊样型（４２．２％）和混合型（４１．０％）较常见，毛玻璃型（７．２％）和硬化型（９．６％）较少见。该病变边界清楚，呈类圆形向四周扩张的膨胀性生长，常伴有受累区牙移位，牙缺失或牙根吸收。此外，还将Ｘ线改变结合临床和病理特征作了初步分析，讨论了该病的诊断与鉴别诊断要点。Abstract83 cases with ossitying fibroma were diagnosed byclinical, histopathological and radiological criteria, andwere analyzed radiologically. Four distinct radiographicpatterns were identified according to the radiedensityand shape: (1)cystic radiolucent (42. 2%), (2)ground-grass (7. 2%) , (3) sclerotic change ( 9. 6%) ,(4) mixed change of radiolucent and radiopaque(41. 0%). The lesions showed a growth pattern ofround expanding in all direcation with well-defined mar-gin and frequent involvement of teeth. A preliminaryanalysis of the relationship among the clinical , radiologi-cal and histopathological manifestations was presented.The diagnostic criteria was proposed and differentiate di-agnosis was discussed.
