单疱角膜炎角膜神经损伤与再生的观察

摘　　要：应用胆碱酯酶染色及透射电镜对兔单疱角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）角膜感觉神经的损伤与再生进行实验研究。结果表明，临床上所见ＨＳＫ角膜知觉减退是由于角膜上皮下感觉神经丛及上皮内神经末梢的损害所致；在ＨＳＫ后期，角膜感觉神经开始再生，角膜知觉恢复的结构基础已开始建立。An experimental study on the damage and regeneration of the corneal sensory nerves in rabbit eyes with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)was carried out by means of acetvlcholine esterase stain ing and transmission electron microscopy。 The results indicate that the diminution of the corneal sens～ tivity detected clinically in HSK is caused by the damage of the terminals of the sensory nerve plexus in the epithelial and subepithelial layers of t he cornea and in the later stage of HSK,the corneal sensory nerves begin to regenerate, that is the basis of the restoration of corneal sensitivity.
