摘  要:从二个水稻籼粳杂种幼穗来源的愈伤组织上,分化出大量不定芽。在2,4-D0.2mg/L、BAP2mg/L的MS培养基上,亚优2号不定芽增殖率可达3.5。无菌条件下,以不定芽作材料制备的人工种子发芽率最高可达60.0%,最低也可达15.0%。使用麦芽糖代替蔗糖,以及用较大的不定芽都可提高人工种子发芽率。The effects of different factors in artificial seeds of rice hybrid between Indica and Japonica were investigated to establish the basic technology for artificial seeds preparation with improved culture conditions. A large quantity and high frequency of adventitious buds were obtained from calli on MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/ L 2,4-D and 2 mg/ L BAP. on which, multiplication coefficient of Yayou 2 hao achieved to 3.5. The germination rate of artificial seeds with encapsulated buds under sterile conditions was from 15.0% to 60.0% on vermiculite and agar bases. To use maltose in place of sucrose and improve quality of adventitious buds could raise germination rate of artificial seeds.
