显微镜下OPMILASCO_2激光治疗声带息肉

摘　　要：自１９９２年９月开始选用ＣＯ＿２激光器（ＯＰＭＩＬＡＳＣＯ＿２－２５）显微镜支撑喉镜下治疗声带息肉共２３例，男１８例，女５例；双侧鱼腹样变１４例，单侧９例；随诊观察３个月至１年，疗效满意，术后声音恢复良好，无１例复发。Abstract Twenty-three patients of vocal cord polyps were treated with CO2 laser(OPMILAS CO2-25)under suspernsion microlaryngoscope in our department from September,1992 to December,1993.The patients population consisted of 18 males and 5 females ranging in age from 30 to 61 years,The vocal cord polyps was one side in 8 cases, bilateral side in 14 cases. These patients were follow-up 3～12 months. The result was showed satisfactory effect,good voice and no recurrence in any of these cases.
