摘 要:本文提出在原油加热炉进料控制中应用的一种新型高级控制策略.为了克服原油加热过程中的支路流量耦合特性和不确定性,采用一种两层递阶控制结构.其中,上层是支路流量控制回路的设定值控制器,它通过重新分配加热炉进料流量来实现加热炉支路出炉温度平衡、通过原油加工量自动提降控制器来按规定的提降速率和幅值提降处理量(对于常压炉)或者通过非线性液位控制器来调节加热炉的各支路流量(对于减压炉);下层是支路流量解耦控制回路,它包括支路流量自适应解耦器和自适应控制器,并接收由上层在线修改的设定值.最后举例说明其可行性和有效性.A novel advanced control strategy which was applied to crude heaters feed control is proposedin this poper. In order to overcome Pass flow rates coupling characteristics and the uncertainties incrude heating process,it adopted a kind of two - layer hierarchical control structllre. In thisstructure,the upper layer is the setpoint controller of the Pass flow control loops,it iS to balanceheaters pass outlets temperatUre by reallocating the heater feed pass flow rates,tO increase ordecrease crude charge in terms of the specified change rate & magnifitude by the crude total chargeautomatic controller(for the atmospheric heater),tO adjuSt the heater pass flow rates by thenonlinear level controller (for the vacuum heater );the lower one is the pass flow decoupling controlloom,it includes the pass now adaptive decouplers and their SISO adaptive controllers,and receivesthe setpoints modified by the upper layer. Finally,the examples are given to show the feasibility andeffectiveness of this control strategy and its algorithm.
