乳癌根治术中复合静脉麻醉与硬膜外麻醉的比较

摘　　要：通过对６０例不同麻醉下实施乳癌根治术病例的临床观察，比较其在术中呼吸、循环等方面的变化，结果表明，硬膜外麻醉用于乳癌手术，对呼吸、循环有一定的影响，易出现阻滞不全；而气管内插管复合静脉麻醉则具呼吸、循环稳定的优点，亦易达到满意的麻醉效果。Sixty cases of breast cancer operation under different anesthetical methods were observed.Changes of respiration and circulation during the operation was observed which proved that the epidural anesthesia for breast cancer have influences on respiration and circulation, often causes respiratory inhibition. There are some adventages in vein anesthesia method which is easy to aquire satisfactory anesthetical eflect with stable respiratory and circulation.
