顺铂壳聚糖微球肝动脉栓塞化疗的动物实验和治疗肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：报道用国内首次研制的顺铂壳聚糖微球做的犬肝动脉栓塞化疗的实验和治疗肝癌的初步临床应用结果。顺铂壳聚糖微球能引起栓塞动脉分支减少，动物肝和病人肝癌组织坏死和出血，栓塞动脉直径为１００～５００μｍ，微球在动脉内有碎裂，病人对此微球的耐受性好。The results of animal experiment and clinical trial of hepatic artery chemoembolization with cisplatin chitosan microspheres in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma were reported.The chemoembolization with the micro-spheres can cause loss of the periphery of the embolized artery,necrosis and hemorrhage of the dog’s liver tissue,and of the cancer tissue in the patients with hepatocellullar carcinoma.The microspheres were in arteriols with di-ameters between 100 and 500μm and some of the microspheres were fragmented.All the patients tolerated well with the chemoembolizing agents.
