高频双功超声及彩色多普勒显像诊断乳腺疾病的探讨

摘　　要：报道了１０２例乳腺肿块患者的声像图及彩色多普勒检查结果，经手术后病理证实的乳腺癌１０例，纤维瘤８例，其他４例，细胞学穿刺检查证实乳腺小叶增生７２例，其他８例，诊断符合率９８％，其中恶性符合率９１％，良性符合率９７％。对非肿块型与肿块型乳腺疾病声像图特征进行了分类，根据彩色多普勒血流信号鉴别良恶性病变，且讨论了高频双功超声对乳腺疾病诊断的价值。The findings of sonography and color Doppler of 102 cases with breast masses were reported in this paper. 10 cases were proved to be mastocarcinomas, 8 fibromas, and 4 other diseases in histopathology. 72 cases were mastoplasia and 8 were other diseases in cytology by acupuncture. Compared with the findings of histopathology and cytology, the accuracy of diagnosis by ultrasonography was 98%, with the accordance rates of 91%in malignant diseases and 97%in benign diseases. The ultrasonographic features of tumorlike or nontumorlike mammary diseases were disccussed in ditail. Benign or malignant foci were identified depending on the color Doppler flow, The authors suggest that the high frequency duplex ultrasonography was of great value in the diagnosis of mammary diseases.
