拇指再造术植趾血管蒂截取的解剖学探讨

摘　　要：报道了60侧上肢桡动脉、头静脉和下肢第一跖背动脉的剖查和测量结果。桡动脉在鼻烟窝处从桡骨茎突尖至第一掌骨基底部的长度平均为26.6±3.00mm,其近端外径平均为1.80±0.39mm,内径平均为1.64±0.35;远端外径平均为1.54±0.40mm,内径平均为1.44±0.39mm。头静脉在此处的近端外径平均为1.84±0.5mm,内径为1.70±0.49mm;远端外径平均为1.82±0.39mm,内径为1.70±0.40mm。第一跖背动脉的长度平均为39.5±6.9mm,其起始处外径平均为1.23±0.27mm,内径平均为1.12±0.26mm。提出游离第二足趾再造拇指时采用第一跖背动脉作为血管蒂与桡动脉吻接。The wrist segment of radial artery and the first dorsal metatarsal artery were studied on 60 specimens. From the tip of styloid process of radius to the base of the first metacarpal ( corresponding to the anatomic snuff-box ) , the radial artery stretched for 26.6 +3.00 mm with its outer caliber 1.80+ 0.39 mm and inner caliber 1.64 +0.35 mm at the proximal end, and its outer caliber 1.54+0.40 mm and inner caliber 1.44 + 0.39 mm at the distal end.The first dorsal metatarsal artery was 39.5 +6.9 mm long, its outer and inner calibers were 1.23+0.27 mm and 1.12+0.26 mm respectively at its root. Based on the above data the authors proposed the first dorsal metatarsal artery be used in the vascular pedicle of the toe graft to anastomose with the rabial artery end at the wrist.
