新型脱漆剂的研制与开发

摘　　要：以卤代烃、活化促进剂、醚类、有机酸、酚类、石蜡、羟甲基纤维素等为原料制备了新型脱漆剂,它具有高效、快速、不燃,除漆范围广、对底材无腐蚀等特点.本文叙述了该产品的制备方法,讨论了各组分的作用以及对脱漆剂性能的影响,同时.对该产品的开发作了一定的分析和论证.It takes halohydrocarbon,activated Promoter, ether,organic acid,phenol,Praffin wax, hydroxymethylate cellulose, etal. as a raw ma-terials, the new type of paint remover was prepared . It has some advantages that is high-efficeency, high-speed,no combution ,wide ra-nge of varnish paint , no corrosion substrate materialetal. This paper dis-cribed the prepare method of new type of paint remover , discussed the role of any component and the effects of the properties of new type of paint re-mover . Some analysis and demonstrations were made about the develop-ment of the product.
