乳腺癌前病变和原位癌某些糖基表达变化及其意义

摘　　要：本文采用凝集素亲合组化技术研究了七种糖基在９０例乳腺正常上皮、纤维囊性乳腺病、不典型性增生和原位癌的表达和定位情况。实验表明（１）ＰＮＡ、ＵＥＡ１和ＢＳＬ所亲合的糖基从乳腺正常上皮一癌前病变一原位癌呈上升趋势，说明这些病变的演进过程中其糖基的表达呈渐进性增加；（２）上述糖基的定位以不典型性增生为界，正常乳腺和纤维囊性乳腺病以胞膜定位占绝对优势，而不典型性增生和原位癌则以胞浆定位占绝对优势。我们认为这是肿瘤细胞功能不成熟的一种共同表现，可以作为异型增生的一个标记。Seven lectins wer used to study 90 cases of normal mammaryenithelium,fibroadnomatosis cystica,atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ by lectin affinity histochemical method.The results showed that: l ) The sugar residues affiniated by peanut agglutinin(PNA),ulexs europeaus one(UEA,and bardeiraea simplicifolia(BSL)increased from normal epithielium, precancerous lesions to carcinoma in situ, which means with the progression of these lessions the lectin binding-glycoprotein expression is gra du· ally increased;2) The locations of t hese sugar residues showed a signific ant change fro m aluminal or/and plasma membrance location in normal breast and fibroadriomatosis cys-tica to a cytoplasma location in atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ, which imply that the cytoplasma location might be a signal of atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ. The authors suggest that the appearance of the cytoplasma location might be a common manifestation of functional unmature in these l esions。
