恶性淋巴瘤患者血清糖结合物的研究

摘　　要：检测２０例正常人和２３例恶性淋巴瘤（ＭＬ）患者血清糖结合物合物含量。结果表明ＭＬ患者血清糖结合物显著增力。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者血清脂质结合唾液酸（ＬＳＡ）含量显著高于正常健康者，而Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者血清酸溶性蛋白（ＡＳＰ）含量与正常组之间无显著差异Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者血清ＬＳＡ和ＡＳＰ含量明显高于Ⅰ，Ⅱ期患者和正常健康者。治疗后缓解者血清糖结合物含量明显减低，治疗无效者血清糖结合物含量保持在高值，病情恶化者其含量进一步升高。这些结果表明，血清糖结合物检查有助于ＭＬ的诊断，判断疗效和监测疾病的进展。Serum glycocojugates contents were assayed in 20 normalindividuls and 23 patients with malignant lymphoma(ML) in this paper. The resultsshowed that serum glycoconjugate contents in patiente with ML increasedsignificantly. The serum lipid-bound sialic acid(LSA) contents in patients of Ⅰ.Ⅱstage were significanrly higher than in normal individuals , whereas the acid solubleprotein(ASP) contents did not show significant difference between cancer patients ofⅠ.Ⅱ stage and nnrmal individuals. The serum LSA and ASP contents in the cancerpatients ofⅢ.Ⅳ stage were much higher than in the patients of Ⅰ.Ⅱ stage and inthe healthy individuals. Afrer sreatmect the glycoconjugate contents in the serum ofthe remission patients were markedly decreased.The serum glycoconjugate contentskept at a higher vulue in patients with ineffective therapy.In patients with progressive disease or death the serum glycoconjugate contents further rose. These results showedthat serum glycoconjugate detection was helpful for the diagnosis of ML , predictingthe effect of therapy and monitoring the progressive disease.
