三苯氧胺、雌激素和巨噬细胞对小鼠移植性肿瘤生长性别差异的影响

摘　　要：我们研究了三苯氧胺、雌激素和巨噬细胞对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠可移植性肿瘤肉瘤１８０（Ｓ１８０）生长的性别差异影响。移植性肉瘤１８０的生长在ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠具有明显的性别差异，即在雄性小鼠瘤块出现时间早，肿瘤的生长速度也比雌性快。然而，三笨氧胺、雌激素的应用，以及巨噬细胞的硅中毒引起Ｓ１８０在ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠的生长速度发生显著的改变，使十分明显的性别差异消失。Effects of tamoxifen,estrogen and macrophages on the growth of transplanta-ble mouse sarcoma 180 were studied in BALB/c mice of both sexes. An apparent sex difference was observe; the growth rate of subcutaneously implanted sarcoma180 is faster in male mice than in females. Application of estrogen or tamoxifen, and blockade of macrophages caused so obviouschange of the growth rate of subcutaneously implanted sarcoma 180 in BALB/c mice that the sex difference disappeared.
