摘　　要：本文介绍录像机用的钽酸锂声表面波谐振器的结构设计和工艺制作要求,并对这种谐振器的性能测试方法和应用电路进行了说明。Pattern design and fabricting processes are described for a LiTa05 SAW resonator used in video tape recorders. Specification measuring of the SAW resonator is illustrated and the circuit in which the resonator is incorporated is shown as well.
