急性嗜碱粒细胞白血病及其超微结构

摘　　要：报告了一例急性嗜碱粒细胞白血病及其超微结构，观察了嗜碱早幼粒、中幼粒、晚幼粒及成熟嗜碱粒细胞。超微结构结果：骨髓嗜碱粒细胞的颗粒基质易水解，固定困难，它可能是嗜碱颗粒的特点，其他细胞的颗粒未见抽提现象。The patient is a 29 years female,Her main complaints were anemia,bleeding,fever andpain in sternum. Acute basophilic leukemia was diagnosed by the blood smear and bone marrow.The results of ultrastructure showed that the groundplasms of granules of basophil in bonemarrow were prone to be hydrolyzed,difficult in fixation and most of the content had beenextracted during the sample preparation. This is perhaps the characteristic of bosophilic granules.Extraction has not been obsreved in the granules of other Basophilic promyelocytes,myelocytes,metamyelocytes and mature basophil. Extractions in Eosinophils were not observed.
