用改良预处理方案结合胎肝细胞移植治疗晚期恶性淋巴瘤的研究

摘　　要：采用改良的大剂量放疗、化疗预处理，胎肝细胞移植治疗晚期恶性淋巴瘤８例，其中非霍奇金淋巴瘤５例，霍奇金病３例，移植后全部患者造血功能均顺利重建。随访至今，全组３年无病生存率为５０％，移植相关死亡１例。In the treatment of malignant lymphoma in advanced stage with fetal liver transplantation,we modified our conditioning protocol. For patients without bone marrow infiltration , we limitedthe radiation area between the nose and the upper thigh.The stem cells in the head and lowerleg,where contains relatively less tumor cells,can only receive chemotherapy,and more stemcells can take part in the reconstitution after FLT. We used this protocol for 8 malignantlymphoma patients,all these patients reconstituted their hemopoiesis successfully,and 4 of themsurvived more than 3 years.The effect is significantly better than rutine chemotherapy.Webelieve that it can be a new method for the advanced malignant lymphoma.
