绿芦笋对肿瘤生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：本文采用自制的绿芦笋原汁和绿芦笋乙醇提取液研究抗肿瘤作用并初步探讨其作用机理。用上述提取液分别灌胃经皮下接种Ｓ１８０腹水型肉瘤细胞或艾氏腹水癌细胞的小鼠，每只０．５ｍｌ，隔日１次，连续４次，结果表明，绿芦笋原汁和绿芦笋乙醇提取液能有效抑制小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤及艾氏腹水癌的生长，抑制率分别为５７．３２％、７３．３４％和５８．３５％，６１．６２％。The juice and the alcohol extract of green asparagus Asparagus officialis Linn)were prepared.Their antitumor effects were investigated and the mechanism was discussed.Thepreparation above were perfused into the stomach of mice in dose of 0.5ml/ mouse every other dayfor four times,in which sarcoma l80 ascitic cells or Ehrlich ascitic tumor cell were inoculated sub-cutaneously. The results showed that the tumor size in the experimental mice perfused with as- paragus preparation was obviously smaller than that of the control inoculated with tumor cellsalone. Their inhibitory rates were 5.32% ,73.34% and 58.35% ,61.62% respectively.
