影响刨花板热压传热过程因素的研究

摘　　要：刨花板热压时的传热过程对产品的质量以及热压机的生产周期都起决定性作用．该文研究了刨花板的目标密度、厚度、热压温度、热压前板坯含水率、汽击法喷水量及其添加剂的浓度等因素对热压传热的影响，从而提出了强化热压的有效措施．During hot-pressing of particleboard,the heat-transfer process has a major influ-ence on improving the quality of product and shortening the production cycle of hot-press.Thispaper deals with the influence on the hot-transfer process of the following factors:density andthickness of board,temperature of hot plates,moisture content of mat,amount of water spreadedon the surface of mat before hot-pressing and the types of chemicals in solution spreaded on matsurface.Based on the results of this study,the measures are suggested to increase the efficiencyof hot-press.
