社会转型期体育院校图书馆发展思考

摘　　要：70年末、80年代初，我国进入了由计划经济向市场经济过渡的社会转型期。社会转型期为体育院校图书馆的发展提供了良好的机遇，同时也提出了挑战。针对体育院校图书馆面临的困境进行了调查，提出了社会转型期体育院校图书馆发展的构想，以及拓宽经费来源、挖掘内部潜力，加强馆藏建设，启动图书馆现代化和力争实现资源共享等5项措施。At the end of 70s to the beginning of 80s China has enterd into the stage of social transformation frorn the planned economy to the market economy. It affords libraries favourable circumstances and a challenge. Based on the investigation of the difficult position facing the libraries,the plot of the library development of colleges and universities of physical education in the stage of social transformation was put forward. The five measures, such as expanding sources of funds, tapping the internal latent power of libraries,strengthening collections of books, starting modernized equipments in libraries and working hard for sharing information resources were included in the plot.
