贲门癌细胞核形态的定量分析

摘　　要：作者利用计算机辅助的细胞核形态定量分析技术，测定了３９例根治性切除的贲门癌病人的癌细胞核平均截面积（Ａ）和平均核圆形因子（ＮＲＦ）。贲门癌组的癌细胞核Ａ和ＮＲＦ明显大于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；贲门癌侵及胃壁全层或更深和有局部淋巴结转移者，其细胞核Ａ显著大于仅侵及肌层和无局部淋巴结转移者（Ｐ＜０．０５）；男性贲门癌的Ａ显著大于女性。结果提示：该法可以用于贲门癌的诊断和鉴别诊断，可以作为贲门癌预后的参考指标。he nuclear profile area(A)and nuclear roundness factor(NRF )of the cells of 39 patientswith cardiac cancer and eight normal controls were measured by computer-assisted nuclear mor-phometry,and the results were compared with tumor pathology, patients'age and sex. The re-sults showed that A and NRF of cardiac cancer cells were significantly larger than those of normalcontrol group(P<0.00l and P<0.05 respectively).In the cardiac cancer group , A of the pa-tients with local lymphatic node metastasis and with tumor invasion of all gastric layers was sig-nigicantly larger than that of non-matestasis and non-invasion( P<0. 05 ), The resuIts confirtnthat computer-assissted nuclear shape analysis can play an importdnt role in the diagnosis ,differ-ential diagnosis and prognosis of cardiac cancer.
