摘  要:分析了Cr12MoV钢渗碳等温处理后各区域的组织、弯曲断口形貌和自攻钉搓丝板疲劳磨损的机理,以及M/B_下复相组织对疲劳磨损的影响。试验结果表明,表层高含碳量的M推迟疲劳裂纹的形核期,M/B_下复相组织阻碍疲劳裂纹的扩展,认为高碳高合金模具钢通过CD渗碳等温处理是提高模具服役寿命的有效途径。his paper deals with the duplex microstructures of M/ B formed during austemepring after CD carbur-izing,the bending fracture topography,the michanism of fatigue wear in self-tapping screw dies and effectof duplex microstructure of M/ B on fatigue wear.The test revealed that the nucleation peried of fatiguecrack is put off because the martensite in carburizing layer keeps high carbon content,duplex microstruc-ture of M/Ehinder the spread of fatigue crack.The process of austemepring after CD carburing in highcarbon and alloy elements die steel seems to be effective methed that prolongs service life of dies.
