摘  要:影响错距旋压零件精度的因素很多,本文通过在St56—90CNC进行薄壁长筒形件试验研究,分析了反旋进给率增大产生缩径的原因,进给率变化对壁厚的影响规律,以及毛坯外端对成形区的约束作用。通过改变进给率成功地控制零件的壁厚和扩径,保证了加工零件的精度。Stepped spinning is a kind of advanced technology for manufacturing thin-long cylindrical workpieces.It develops rapidly,but the characteristics o f deformation regularity is very compicated,and there are many factors influencing the forming process.In this paper,stepped spinning experimental study is carried out.The effects of feed rate on radius reduction and the restrain function on forming area by the workpiece end are analyzed.It was put forward that a varing feed rate should be applied in the stepped spinning process in order to keep thickness well distributed.
