脉络膜黑瘤的荧光眼底血管造影表现

摘　　要：本文报告脉络膜黑瘤21例荧光眼底血管造影表现,根据荧光造影结果,可分为三种类型脉络膜黑瘤荧光象:Ⅰ型:呈斑驳状高荧光12例;Ⅱ型:斑点状高荧光4例;Ⅲ型:瘤体不显荧光呈暗区5例。三种类型荧光象各有其特点,并就其与脉络膜转移癌、老年性黄斑变性湿型中的视网膜下大出血、脉络膜血管瘤的鉴别诊断以及三种类型荧光象不同表现结合病理组织学进行了讨论。作者认为首次提出三种类型脉络膜黑瘤荧光象,对提高本病诊断的准确率有较大的参考价值。This paper reported on the manife-stations of fundus fluorescein angiography in 21 pa-tients with choroidal melanoma.According to the findings of fluorescein angiography,we suggest that this disease can be classified into 3 types:type Ⅰshows hyperfluorescent mottles (12 cases); type Ⅱshows hyperfluorescent spots and patches,(4 ca-ses); type Ⅲ shows a dark area in the tumor body,(5 cases).The angiographic characteristics of the three types of melanoma and their histopathologic changes are discussed.The differential diagnosis of the three types of melanoma from etastatic choroi-dal carcinoma,senile macular degeneration with subretinal hemorrhage and choroidal hemangiomas is discussed.For the first time choroid melanoma has been classified into 3 types according to fluores-cein angiography.It may contribute to the early di-agnosis Of this disease.
