糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的血液流变学及血脂分析

摘　　要：65例糖尿病患者作了仔细的眼底检查。按有无糖尿病性视网膜病变分为两组,分别观察了其血液流变学,并进行了血脂分析和比较两组的病程等。结果表明,有糖尿病性视网膜病变组的血液流变紊乱明显高于无视网膜病变组;前者血中的甘油三酯含量也明显高于后者,两组在病程长短上差异无显著性意义,用血液流变学原理进一步探讨了糖尿病引起的微血管病变的发病机理,提出其与糖尿病性视网膜病变之间的关系,指出在临床上动态观察糖尿病的血液流变在预防和治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变中具有重要意义。A careful fundus examination was carried out in 65 patients with diabetes mellitus,who were divided into two groups according to the changes of fundus showing or not showing diabetic retinopathy.The hemorrheological manifestation,the serum lipids and the course of disease in the two gro- ups were observed and ompared,respectively.The result showed that abnormalhemorrheological rate in the group with diahetic retinopathy was much high-er than that in the group without diabetic retinopa-thy,with the content of serum triglyceride in the for- mer group being obviously higher than that in the latter group,and no statistical significance were shown in the course of disease between the two groups.In the light of the priciple of hemorheology,fur-ther study was done on the mechnism of the angio-pathy and microangiopathy which was caused by dia-betes,it could help us to analyze the relationship between the diabetic retinopathy and the he morhelo-gical change.We suggest that it is important that dynamic observation be carried out of hemorheolo-gical manifestation for the clinical prevention and treatment of icrocirculatory disease.
