摘　　要：视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,简称RB)是一种原发于视网膜组织的恶性眼内肿瘤。好发年龄为出生至7岁。发病率及死亡率都较高。是一种严重威胁婴幼儿生命及视力的眼内恶性肿瘤。The tissue culture of human retinoblastoma was carried out with Eagle MEM medium containing 20% fetal bovine serum in general closed culture bottle. The same tumour cells of retinoblastoma were cultured respectively from vitreous and tumour tissue of retinoblastoma of the same patient. Te examination of indirect immun of luorescence tecnigue showed that there is tetanus toxin surface receptor on them. No surface adornments were found by scanning electron microscopic observation.
