摘  要:图形视网膜电流图(Pattern electroretinogram,简称P-ERG)是通过呈周期性翻转的黑白光栅或棋盘方格图形刺激所诱发的后极部视网膜的综合电反应。Riggs等(1964)为了克服光线在眼内的弥散所引起电活动的影响,首次采用光栅图形作为刺激而诱发出这一P-ERG反应。Lawwill(1974)则首先将这种方法应用于临床。Mylar gold-plating electrode was used to record the pattern electroretinogram (P-ERG) in 15 normal individuls aged 14-53 and compared with gold foil electrode. There was no significant difference in P-ERG recorded with the two kinds of electrodes. the result showed high correlationship either amplitude or latency. There was a good effect in recording P-ERG with mylar gold-plating electrode and it was fit for clinical application. In using mylar gold-plating electrode to record P-ERG, the skin conducting potential could be recorded. So it was better to record P-ERG in one eye one time while the other eye is covered.
