摘　　要：本文对487例共同性斜视手术进行了随访观察,井对手术效果作了评定.随访时间1～4年。在481伽共同性斜视中,有108例斜视度在30—60度之间,其中内斜43例,外斜视65例。采用超常规量手术矫治。对结膜切口采用角膜缘梯形切口,眼外肌手术量的估计,采用缩短加徙前联合术式及超常规外直肌徒后等取得了满意疗效。Four hundred and eighty seven cases of concomitant strabismus were operated and followed up from 1-4 years.The deviating degree in 108 cases which included esotropia 43 cases and exotropia 65 cases was between 30-60 degree.In these eases limbus conjunctive incision was selected, shortening combine with advancement and over regular recession of muscle were performed and the results were satisfied.
