摘　　要：本文报道用玻璃体切割器摘除4例玻璃体内猪囊尾蚴。本方法是摘除玻璃体内囊虫的最好方法,具有有效、安全、并发症少的优点。囊虫一般都是就地就擒,但过小的囊虫在灌注水流冲击下,会在眼内飘流而难以捕捉。应在手术时暂停灌注。切破囊虫不致引起严重眼内反应,因囊虫逸出的物质及时被吸除眼外。Four cases of intraocular cysticercus were successfully removed with vitrectomy instruments. This is the most effective and safe procedure with less complication, Cysticercus was usually extracted in site. small larvals were floated in the vitre by infusing solution, temporarily to stop the infusing line is needed in this situation. Since the content released from the cyst could be sucked out simutaneously, cut the larval by cutting action of vitrectomy probe did not cause any severe intraocuiar inflammatory reaction
