摘　　要：本实验通过测定大豆脂氧酶同工酶缺失体在苗期子叶和真叶的超弱发光变化，研究脂氧酶缺失体类型与叶片超弱发光强度的关系，试图使用苗期叶片等活性材料直接进行同工酶缺失体鉴定成为可能。This experiment measured the soybean seedling cotyledons and leaves in different isoenzyme mutant trpes by a chemiluminescence(CL)assay system.Research data reflects the relationship between CL and Lox types. Discussion is shown here on the physiological changedurins the growth period of cotyledons.We consider that this CL assay system may be possible to be used to analyse and appraise the different soybean Lox types directly with activeplant material.
