摘  要:测试了准高速机车牵引齿轮用钢20CrNi2Mo、15CrNi6经渗碳淬火及渗碳淬火+喷丸后的接触疲劳强度,并与20CrMnMo钢进行了对比。结果表明,3种钢材经渗碳淬火的试件,其接触疲劳强度极限基本相同;渗碳淬火+喷丸试件的接触疲劳强度极限约提高5%,所有试件的接触疲劳失效形式都是在渗碳层中产生浅层剥落,文中还讨论了渗碳硬化层组织中的残余奥氏体量及喷丸强化对接触疲劳性能的影响。The bending fatigue tests has been carried out for the carburized and quenched gears of20CrNi2Mo,15CrNi6 and 20CrMnMo steels and the carburized,quenched and shot-peened gears of15CrNi6 steel of the gear specimen. he trial design and process, the test devices and pincers and thetest method as well as statistic treatment of the expermsent data were presented. The experiment resultssbown that under R=0.99 the σFlim of carburized and quenched gears of 20CrNi2Mo and 15CrNi6 steelwere separately 530MPa and 375MPa,which,compared with that of 20CrMnMo steel,respectively in-creased by 80 and 27 percent.After shotpeened treatment σFlim of carburized and queched gear of15CrNi6 steel was 490MPa when R=0.99,which increased 30 percent.
