摘  要:系统论述了孕镶金刚石钻头钝化和锐化的过程、机制、实质原因和条件,首次提出了暂时钝化和自行锐化的成层分布、趋平磨损、连锁反应和硬磨粒磨损等四方面机制,并将复杂的自行锐化条件归结为简明的锐化条件不等式δ≥δ_0。The present paper deals systematically with the blunting and sharpening proces,mechanism, material reason and conditionsof impregnated diamond bit. The four aspects of mechanism of temporary blunting and self-sharpening,i.e. distribution in layer,wear tend to flat, chain reaction and hard abrasive’s abrasion have been put forward for the first time,and the complicated condi-tions for the self-sharpening was sum up into the self-sharpening inequality δ≥δ_0.
