摘 要:应用Howell一步法嗜银染色技术,观察18例非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白,以比较不同恶性程度NHL之间的区别并探讨其意义。每例均有高倍镜下随机计数200个细胞的AgNOR数并计算平均数和标准差,结果高度恶性者8.26±1.72/细胞,中度恶性者5.51±0.91/细胞,低度恶性者2.82±0.57/细胞。高度恶性的AgNOR计数最高,与中度、低度恶性者之间相差非常显著(P<0.01)。中度恶性与低度恶性者之间AgNOR计数相差也非常显著(P<0.01)。结果提示:AgNOR检测可以作为NHL恶性程度的一项有参考意义的指标。Using Howell's one-step method we studied the AgNOR counts of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in 18 cases (6 high grade, 8 medium and 4 low grade) in order to observe the difference among the groups of high, medium and low grade of the disease. The number of AgNOR in 200 cells of each sample was counted and the mean number,standard deviation of AgNOR counts are as follows: high grade 8.26±1.72/cell,medium grade 5.51±0.91/cell,and low grade 2.82±0.57/cell. The AgNOR count of high grade NHL is the highest. A significant difference between high and medium, high and low, medium and low grade NHL(P<0.01) was observed. The findings suggest that AgNOR counts may be helpful for differentiating malignancy grade of NHL.
