瘤体内注射OK－432和白细胞介素2治疗原发性肝癌的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验分组观测了不同给药方法时，ＯＫ－４３２和白细胞介素２（１Ｌ－２）对荷瘤鼠外周血ＮＫ细胞和ＬＡＫ细胞活性的影响。结果表明：ＯＫ－４３２和ＩＬ－２单独瘤体内注射对ＮＫ和ＬＡＫ细胞活性均有明显增强作用；联合给药时，ＯＫ－４３２和ＩＬ－２可产生明显的协同作用，这种协同作用以先注射ＯＫ－４３２接着注射ＩＬ－２或ＯＫ－４３２、ＩＬ－２同时注射时最强。This study is performed to obeerve the effect of OK-432 and interleukin-2 (IL-2) on eellular immunity of mice with primary hepatic cancer (PHC). Intratumor injection of OK-432 and IL-2 alone could significantly augment the NK cell and the LAK cell cytotoxic activities. OK-432 and IL-2 could synergically enhance the effector cell activity.A favorable outcome was observed in the animals administered OK-432 followed by IL-2 or administered OK-432 and IL-2 synchronously,including significantly lower growth of tumor,extensive tumor necrosis and longer survival time. There was no significant difference between the group administered IL-2 followed by OK-432 and the group administered OK- 432 or IL-2 alone.
