甲孕酮抑制卵巢癌3AO细胞恶性生长作用的研究

摘　　要：利用２０ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ甲孕酮在体外处理卵巢癌３ＡＯ细胞，结果表明甲孕酮可抑制３ＡＯ细胞的生长，抑制率为３０％～４０％；处理３ｄ后软琼脂培养集落形成能力及裸鼠体内皮下移植瘤形成能力显著下降，同时间接荧光流式细胞分析和单抗免疫组化测定部分３ＡＯ细胞Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２蛋白表达下降，电镜检查提示部分细胞有一定程度的退化现象。We observed the inhibitory effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate on the malignant growth of in vitro ovarian cancer 3AO cells. The results showed that medroxyprogesterone acetate could inhibit 3AO cell growth with an inhibitory rate of 30% ￣40%. It was found that colony formation in soft agar medium and tumor formation in nude mice decreased , degeneration of cancer cells increased by electron microscopic examination, and C-erbB2 expression in a part of 3AO cells was down-regulated by both flow cytometry and immuno-histochemical technique.
