摘  要:以成年杂种犬为实验对象,以未涂层纯钛种植体为对照,用定量组织学方法研究两种羟基磷灰石(HA1和HA2)涂层种植体穿骨皮质种植1、3、6个月后,种植体-骨组织界面骨融合形成的情况。结果表明:两种羟基磷灰石涂层种植体均能在种植早期加速界面骨融合的形成,其中HA2涂层种植体的骨融合指数在各种植程期均高于HA1涂层和未涂层纯钛种植体,显示出良好的生物活性。Nine adult mongrel dogs were used as the study object.Two hydroxyapatite coated implants(HAI and HA2) and uncoated pure titanium implant were implanted into the lateral part of the femora.The animals were killed 1,3,6 months after implantation.The implant-bone interface was investigated using quantitative histological analysis.The results showed that both HAI and HA2 coatings might accelerate the formation of implant-bone osseointegration,especially in the early implantation period.The osseointegration index for the HA2 coated implant was higher than that of the HA1 and titanium implants in all implantation periods,which may contribute to the high bioactivity of the coating material.
