摘  要:选用环境致癌物芥子气(MG)、苯并(a)芘(B(a)p)、4-硝基喹啉-1-氧化物(4NQO)、二甲基亚硝胺(DEN)、环磷酰胺(CP)、雌二醇(Est)、四氯化碳(CCl4),作用于该细胞12h后,用划痕标记染料示踪技术(SLDT)检测其对该细胞间隙连接通讯(GJIC)功能的阻断作用,同时测定该细胞内[Ca2+]i的变化,结果表明,环境致癌物阻断细胞GJIc与[Ca2+]i变化密切相关。Seven environmental carcinogens including mustard gas,benzo(a)oyyrene,4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide,nitrosodimethylamine,cyclophosphamide,carbon tetrachloride and estradiol were sected for the study.12 hours after the administration of the carcinogens,to NIH3T3 cells in vitro,scrape-loading and dye transfer was used to observe the gap junctional intercellular communication and cytosoic free calcium ion concentration(Ca2+)in NIH3T3 cells was determined.It was found that all the 7 environmental carcinogens blocked the gapjunctional intercelluar communication which was closely related to the Ca2+ level of NIH3T3 cells.
